Failure to Integrate
If there is failure to integrate we will cover the costs for
remedial treatment which could be either replacement of the
implant or an alternative solution*
Please note
That this treatment must be carried out by the dentist who initially placed the implant or a dentist who must practise in the UK
Emergency Cover
In the event of a dental emergency to the implant you can be
reimbursed for the cost of temporary emergency dental
treatment*
Accident Cover
In the event of an accident occurring in which your implant and/or
associated prosthesis (crown etc fitted on top of the implant) are
damaged by direct extra-oral (from outside the mouth) impact you
can be reimbursed for the cost of treatment to put it right*
* - Up to the limits specified in the Policy Document a copy of which is available on request
Premium
This is paid either by the dentist or patient directly to us by annual direct debit, cheque or credit card
Year 1 - £75.00 per implant
Year 2 and thereafter - £60.00 per implant
